    Great customer service

    I sent an older osprey ce in for service. After a few weeks, it still hadn’t arrived. I called and found it had been shipped to my old address. They sent me a new Bahia, and even spooled it with braid. I was shocked at how amazing the customer service was. The new Bahia is AMAZING, and I will never use any other braid. Its castability is incredible. Add a couple extra turns in your knots, it’s THAT thin!

    Better than expected.

    Sent in my two resolute reels that I’ve had for two years for service. One reel was ok just a bit of a squeak when retrieving, but the other had corrosion under the paint towards the bottom of the reel where paint had been chipped and needed some serious repair. Messaged the service team ahead to let them know of my concerns about what “service” was like. Spoke with I think Kyle, he assured me that my reels would be taken care of properly. After receiving my reels back from service, I was astonished. Both reels looked and seemed to be back to brand new. These guys are legit. I plan on buying many more reels from them in the future!
