FFP Reel Service

Sent in my two resolute reels that I’ve had for two years for service. One reel was ok just a bit of a squeak when retrieving, but the other had corrosion under the paint towards the bottom of the reel where paint had been chipped and needed some serious repair. Messaged the service team ahead to let them know of my concerns about what “service” was like. Spoke with I think Kyle, he assured me that my reels would be taken care of properly. After receiving my reels back from service, I was astonished. Both reels looked and seemed to be back to brand new. These guys are legit. I plan on buying many more reels from them in the future!

Sent the reel in and got it back one week later even after a massive hurricane hit their area! I’ll always own one of these reels.

Hands down the best spinning reels and service in the business … worth every penny for saltwater and freshwater anglers. Drag systems are flawless. I don’t buy any other brand.

I'll start by saying, "I am probably done buying any other brand of reels"!

I bought a couple of Osprey 4k's from another captain for a personal fishing trip to Louisiana. The first thing I did was send them to FFP to have each reel gone through to ensure there were no failures on the trip.

We had some issues with the postal service and anytime I called or text Kyle, he was on it and made sure I received the reels in time!

I cannot say how much I enjoyed and enjoy these reels! We had to cut the trip short due to one of the hurricanes, but even in windy conditions prior to leaving, neither reel EVER threw a wind knot! The drag is smooth and paired with the Bulls Bay rods....MAGNIFICENT! No more Shimanos for me.

Reels came back looking and working like new

I sent my reel in for service and it came back like new ! Soon after the drag wheel fell in the water while fishing - I contacted support and they sent me a new one for free right away!
